Quando Alex Grand conquistou o mundo, ele destruiu todos os alimentos, substituindo-os por Genex 100. Como único fabricante do único alimento disponível, Alex tornou-se incrivelmente rico e a população mundial tornou-se cada vez mais insalubre. Felizmente, Nexus e 8 Nutri-Guardians conseguiram salvar algumas amostras preciosas de alimentos. Cada um deles fugiu para um lugar secreto, longe um do outro. Lá fundaram os Reinos da Nutrição, cada um destinado a salvar um grupo alimentar. Anos depois, quatro crianças corajosas, Theo, Lena, Ben e Nina, provam acidentalmente um pedaço de comida “estranho” e descobrem o seu super poder. Partindo à descoberta dos alimentos restantes e dos seus Nutri-Poderes, eles embarcam numa aventura inesquecível para unir todos os Reinos e derrotar Alex Grand.
