Desenho animado spin-off de The Jungle Book (1990), se desenvolve na Cidade-Estado de Cabo Suzette, localizada em uma região de altas montanhas onde só é possível sair através de uma pequena fenda e de avião. O local é guardado por pesada defesa anti-aérea, para evitar ser saqueada por piratas aéreos.
Toda a história se desenvolve com o urso piloto Balu, que passa a ser empregado de empresária Rebecca Cunningham, quando essa compra a empresa dona do avião Marreco e a renomeia para "Me Chame para Voar". Um pequeno e ambicioso urso chamado Kiko Chutanuvens conhece Balu e começa a seguí-lo nas entregas, sendo adotado. Ambos passam a ser piloto e co-piloto de entregas da empresa.
