Quando a Rebecca vai perceber que fazer o clube ser mais vitorioso na sua gestão fere mais o ego do Rupert do que afunda-lo?

Ted Lasso é uma das raras experiencias em séries com um conteúdo mais leve mas que ao mesmo tempo é tão eficiente em tudo (atuação, piadas, roteiro e diálogos/monólogos).

Aparentemente seria mais uma série bobinha e tosca, porém, entrega uma das melhores estreias do ano de 2020 e de quebra uma das melhores entre todas em um ano tão aquém. Apple acertou muito mas muito em cheio com essa "soft dramédia", que gera uma fácil identificação com todos os personagens.

TedLasso foda demais! Podia ter ganhado as 10 pila, mas preferiu continuar humilde. QUE HOMEM!

Mais um episódio incrivelmente bom. Jason Sudeikis ta fazendo um puta trabalho interpretando o Ted, não vou me assustar se ele já aparecer indicado no próximo Golden Globes e no Emmy, assim como a própria série na categoria de melhor comédia.

Foi sensacional o discurso do Ted lá no bar... além de confrontar e humilhar o retardado do Rupert, ainda serviu pros próprios torcedores que o chamam de "wanker" e o criticam desde que ele chegou ao clube.

"You know, Rupert, guys have underestimated me my entire life. And for years, I never understood why. It used to really bother me. But then one day, I was driving my little boy to school and I saw this quote by Walt Whitman and it was painted on the wall there. It said, 'Be curious, not judgmental.' I like that. So I get back in my car and I'm driving to work, and all of a sudden it hits me. All them fellas that used to belittle me, not a single one of them were curious. They thought they had everything all figured out. So they judged everything, and they judged everyone. And I realized that their underestimating me... who I was had nothing to do with it. Cause if they were curious, they would've asked questions. You know? Questions like: 'Have you played a lot of darts, Ted?' To which I would've answered, 'Yes, sir. Every Sunday afternoon at a sports bar with my father, from age ten till I was 16 when he passed away'... barbecue sauce."
