The Metal Hero Series é uma metassérie da série de TV de super-heróis tokusatsu produzida pela Toei para a televisão japonesa.
Os protagonistas da série Metal Hero são principalmente personagens espaciais, militares e policiais que são tipicamente andróides, ciborgues ou seres humanos que vestem armaduras "metálicas". Doravante, a maioria dos Metal Heroes também são referenciados como outro exemplo do gênero "Henshin (transforming) Heroes". Normalmente, o gênero gira em torno de um tema tecnológico onde a tecnologia, nas mãos certas, pode ser usada para um bem maior.
