Morisawa Yuu é uma menina de 9 anos que morava em Creamy ga Oka. Seus pais tinham uma loja de crepe. Um dia ela foi a uma pista de corrida e um navio mágico surgiu do céu. Teve um baixinho Pinopino que deu a ela um bastão mágico. Ele disse que Yuu pode usá-lo por um ano. Ele deixou duas criaturas parecidas com gatos, Nega e Poji, para cuidar de Yuu. O bastão mágico permitiu que Yuu se transformasse em uma garota de 15 anos chamada Creamy Mami. Creamy Mami apareceu em um estúdio de TV e se tornou um novo ídolo após cantar uma música.
